Reconnect with Food^® is a yoga-based eating disorder recovery program located at Inner Door Center (a division of Jump Start Consulting, LLC) in Royal Oak, Michigan. At Inner Door Center, we believe that everything you need is inside.

Most individuals tend to look outside themselves for answers, when their own truth and wisdom is inside. At Inner Door Center, we help you go inside--to your center--in order to come out with a greater awareness and self-acceptance.

Our population ranges from both ends of the eating disorder/disordered eating spectrum, who come from in and out of the state/country, including individuals who have had bariatric surgery. We also work with individuals who struggle with alcohol and chemical dependency.

We are a yoga-based program, combined with psychotherapy, creative arts therapy and unique food therapies. Our program goes beyond just talking about issues, but has you feel and experience solutions on a mind, body, and spiritual level.
