Overview
For individuals interested in further exploring their relationship with food, body image and emotions.
This program is designed as an ongoing eating disorder support program, but enrolled for on a monthly basis beginning the first Wednesday of each month. It is designed for individuals who have been through our intensive programs or a reputable intensive treatment program. Initial assessment by our licensed mental health practitioner required for individuals who have not been through our specific intensive programs.

Time: 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Cost:
$195 per series and increases to $215, 7 days prior to start date.

We invite you to explore the practice of YOGA and "mindful awareness" for deeper understanding of self-acceptance and self-awareness.

- Enjoy your body
- Eat mindfully
- Heal negative body image and develop self-acceptance
- Avoid using food or starvation to numb your emotions
- Integrate techniques into your daily yoga practice
Bring a mat and towel to practice yoga, dress comfortably. Bring pen/pencil and paper or journal to take notes.
If you are new to our group, please download the Yoga Workshops waiver in your paid receipt, sign and date the waiver, and bring to your first class.
