Comprehensive Initial Assessment for Eating Disorder Recovery or Medical Nutrition Therapy

By completing a comprehensive initial assessment, we will learn more about you, and you will learn more about yourself.  The assessment is an important first step in our work, in order to peel back the layers and pave the way for a successful counseling experience and serves as a gateway to any program that you would undertake at our center.
